  • United Kingdom: We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Due to the size of some of our packages we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to anywhere in Europe. We are working to expand our shipping services internationally. Please check back in the future for updates on international shipping availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail for standard and tracked deliveries. Depending on your chosen shipping option, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, or Tracked 48.
  • Evri: For larger or expedited orders, we use Evri to ensure faster delivery. Options include Evri Standard and Evri Next Day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £3.99
    • Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): £5.99
    • Next Day Delivery (Evri Next Day): £7.99
    • European shipping (DPD 5 working days) £15.00 - £20.00
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £36 within the UK.

4. Handling Time

  • Order Processing: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be processed the same day.

5. Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Evri Next Day: Delivery on the next business day after dispatch.
  • DPD International: Delivery on the next business day after dispatch, 5 working days.
  • Note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or high-demand periods.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be occasions where shipping is delayed due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.
  • Backorders: In the rare case that an item is backordered, we will inform you promptly and provide an option to wait for the item to be restocked or to cancel your order.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it is still not found, contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will assist you with a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We can email a label to you in such cases. 
  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
